Let’s make some cookies

For breakfast or as a snack to eat at any time. You'll see, after cooking them... Oops! they are gone... they are delicious and precious! And the best: it's us that we have cooked them!! Activity for 3 years old children and up with some adult assistance.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 240 gr melted butter
  • 240 gr sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 600 gr flour
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 1 little spoonfull of vanilla sugar

How to make the dough:

Mix on one side the melted butter with the sugar, the eggs and the vanilla and on the other side the flour with the yeast. Then, mix it all together.

You have to get a thick dough. It has to rest all the night. But if you are in a hurry, you can refrigerate the dough at least 1 hour in the fridge and it will be ready.

Take a piece of the paste and extend it on the marble. Put a bit of flour to avoid the stickness. It has to get 1/2cm thick aprox.

You can shape them with the molds of playing with plasticine. Put the cookies on a non stick paper for baking; the oven has to be at 200º.

They have to bake for 6-8 minutes, slightly golden. Take care of removing them from the oven before they get too dark.
