We guarantee the delivering to the deliverer in 1 working day for all the products except out of stock.
We reserve the right to modify the shipment type and company, as long as it would not be detrimental to our customers.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

- Peninsula and Balears: deliveries within 2 working days
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: deliveries within 5 working days
The rest of the European Community: 5 working days
Rest of the world: 7 working days

You have a term of 14 days, from the moment you receive the goods, to return the product.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and without having been used.
In the specific case of wall adhesives partial returns are not accepted. Each pack must be returned with the original units, in other words, with all the sheets they include.
The shipping costs go to your account and the credit entry will be done according to the same procedure as for the payment.
To return a product you have to contact with us first through the contact form , entering your name and surname, number and date of invoice.
